Introduction

The research evidence revealed that, more often than not, Supervisor development is haphazard and rushed. The following tools were developed to illustrate how important it is the plan an employee's development. It's not just a matter of placing employees in a training course and hoping the transfer of all skills will happen in the classroom. The tools allow an organisation to indentify about what development requirements should occur in the workplace.

The tools will allow an organisation to work with their training department or RTO to proactively plan for an employee's development. All tools use the Supervisor Skill Sets document for foundation. This section contains the following documents.
