Research outlined there is confusion about the appropriate skill sets and what a Supervisor's role should be. These tools are designed to give more clarity on the skills a Supervisor should have.

 

The purpose of the work within this section is to provide an organisation with a foundation on which to create a recruitment process. This can be either internal or external. Job design and roles can be built from these tools. This section contains the following documents:
